FAQ

  • What systems do the plugins support?

    macOS 12+ (Intel and Apple Silicon) and Windows 10+ 64-bit. We ship VST3, AU (mac only), and AAX.

  • How does activation work?

    Sign in to your Hellcat account inside the plugin. The plugin checks entitlements with our server and caches them so you can keep working offline. Same model as Native Access or Affinity. No license keys to paste, no files to lose.

  • How many computers can I run on?

    Two active devices per account. Studio and laptop, or wherever the noise gets made. Sign out on a machine to free up the seat.

  • I want to move to a new computer.

    Sign in on the new machine. If you're already at two seats, sign out from one of the others (in the plugin, or from your account page on hellcataudio.co).

  • Can I get a refund?

    Email [email protected]. Refunds keep your access active for the rest of the period you paid for. No immediate cut-off.
